First, check:
- Did you manually claim the reward? (Some rewards require tapping "Claim")
- Check your Seasonal League screen → scroll the reward track
- Check your inventory (Busters, Coins, Crowns, Pins)

Still missing?

- What reward you're missing (league chest, event prize, etc.)
- When it should've been awarded
- Screenshot if possible
